Production Team Lead

Must have at least 2 years of team lead experience in food manufacturing

Team Lead must have food production or food manufacturing work experience

We are seeking a Production Team Lead for our food manufacturing facility. This role oversees the daily activities of production workers and ensures efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. Candidates must be flexible and able to work either shift.

1st Shift: 4:00am – 1:30pm
2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 11:00pm

Duties:

• Coordinate daily activities of production and operations teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate personnel
• Enter and manage customer production orders
• Inspect materials and equipment for defects or malfunctions
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, and FOOD related environment
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Bilingual or Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
• Availability for 1st and 2nd shift
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
