Temp-to-Hire Position
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Assembler to join our production team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ideal candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on mechanical assembly of parts and components
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and written assembly instructions
- Use various hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Operate within a production line environment to meet deadlines
- Lift and move materials/products up to 50 lbs as required
- Follow company safety policies and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Enter data or updates using basic computer systems
- Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Must be computer literate (basic computer skills required)
- Experience using hand tools and basic shop equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written instructions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Must be responsible, dependable, and trainable
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
